| The Zone was established in January 2001
and is the result of a partnership between 7 Junior / Infant Schools, 1 High School and 1
Special Needs School. This will be a UK On-line centre when fully open in September 2002, with full access to Net Bourn Virtual College. |

| This centre
has undergone significant refurbishment. The old Craft area shown here has
been transformed into a modern technology facility. The centre will: Help children in each of the 9 schools to improve their SATs and GCSE results.Help the teachers in the schools improve the quality of the teaching. Help develop educational facilities for local communities. |

Quinzone's first family Learning Centre is being housed in an old craft engineering block on the Four Dwellings site. The ICT suite will be housed here alongside the Art Gallery; Craft Training Academy; Horticulture Training Base; A Police / Youth Work project and 2 brickwork rooms. The Zone, to date, has raised nearly £200,000 towards the £325,000 required. The ICT suite opened on September 30th 2002 |
